The 57HY 2 Phase Hybrid Stepping Motor has high positioning precision with high power at low speeds, as well as high stall torque and the possibility to work in microsteps. This stepper motor can provide direct and precise motions in a 57 mm round design. Permanent magnet and hybrid technologies are used to provide a full range of solutions.

With a standard step angle of 1.8°, the 2 Phase hybrid stepping motor achieves precise position control (no-load step accuracy: ±5%). When paired with a micro-stepping driver, it can further reduce step angle (e.g., 16 micro-steps = 0.1125°), eliminating low-speed resonance and ensuring smooth operation in precision tasks like 3D printing, CNC engraving, and optical equipment.
Strong Torque at Low Speeds
The hybrid design delivers excellent low-speed torque performance—holding torque ranges from 1.2N·m to 2.8N·m, enabling the motor to drive heavy loads (e.g., conveyor belts, robotic arms) without slipping. Even at low speeds (≤500 RPM), it maintains stable torque output, avoiding speed fluctuations.
